We were proud to be part of it and look forward to being so again, we hope WellWex goes from strength to strength. If it’s a reflection of just how much Wexford has embraced the natural health movement, then it’s in no danger in this part of the country.
Our own Emma took it all in on the day and here are her impressions.
“The festival’s mission was to promote a sense of community, to celebrate wellbeing and to encourage the visitor to #findyourwell.
Move : from gentle yoga flow classes to intense TRX and jump fitness classes there were levels and styles to suit everyone.
Create : creativity classes were held to allow festival goers to explore their fun side.
Learn : we were inspired and motivated by all of the amazing speakers like Pat Divilly, Ellen Hogan, Lock Gannon and Only Natural’s own Nichola Forrest who took part on the day and openly and honestly shared their experiences for all to learn from.
Eat : there were fabulous food stalls scattered around the village from healthy vegan options provided by ‘The Crazy Vegetable‘ to some wholesome but indulgent treats served up by Westgate Design, again there was something for everyone.
There was a feeling of community and belonging that seemed to flow into and from each area of the village.

Colloidal Silver, a must for the household medicine kit

He makes his silver water to the highest possible standards and all materials used are totally sustainable and recyclable. This is how it all started in Ciarán’s own words.
“I am a practicing Homeopath working mainly around Kerry for the past ten years or more. Six years ago I came across Colloidal Silver Water that our midwife was using to help women in labor who had contracted an infection. She had been using this for many years with great success. I, in turn started using the same substance with my Homeopathic Clients who were presenting with recurring infections, not dealt with by the traditional antibiotic route. So how does colloidal silver water (i.e. water in which the mineral is in suspension all through it) work? The silver particles are positively charged and this attracts them to disease causing organisms such as viruses, fungi, bacteria and other singe-celled pathogens. When the silver particles attach themselves to the pathogens they disable their oxygen metabolism enzymes i.e. they suffocate and kill them. Once an infecting organism has died the silver particle releases its bond and looks for another one to attach to. Dead pathogens are then cleared out of the body by the lymphatic and other elimination systems.
