[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

For over forty-six years, Dr. Hauschka natural skin care products, signature facial treatments and business practices have been based on a “holistic” philosophy. Their 100% natural skin care products are based on an understanding of the way skin works and its relationship with overall health, the goal being skin that is balanced and able to perform its natural functions without dependence upon a slew of products.

A Dr. Hauschka Skin Care regimen works best when part of a healthy lifestyle supported by diet, exercise and contemplative practice. All of these factors help to reconnect us with our natural rhythms, and have a profound effect on skin health and beauty. All are a part of Dr. Hauschka’s holistic approach.

New Honeys in Only Natural

If you’re a honey lover we have a real treat in store for you. We’re now stockists of Muria Honeys from Spain. Don’t get me wrong, we love our local honey and have a number of Wexford and Irish honeys and, especially if you suffer from hay fever or allergies nothing could be better for you than local honey. But let’s face it, they have a better climate for honey production in Spain and where it comes from Muria Honey is regarded as the ‘crème de la crème’ of honeys.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”11545″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline” border_color=”green”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Owned and run by the Muria family for six generations of master bee keepers the range includes such wonderful honeys as chestnut, lavender, oak, eucalyptus and rosemary. We’ll be sampling all through the month so, if you love good honey, don’t miss this opportunity to taste the best![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Have you heard about Serrapeptase?

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme, i.e. it’s used by the body to break down proteins. Interestingly it was first isolated from the gut bacteria (Serratia E15 to be precise) of silkworms who use the enzyme to break down their cocoons. Its uses are fascinating.

– It reduces inflammation and swelling.
– It reduces pain.
– It reduces mucous and other secretions.
– It removes blood clots and plaques.
– It may help with Alzheimer’s Disease.
– It may reduce the risk of stroke.
– It treats breast engorgement (painful overswelling with milk).
– It treats Superficial Thrombophlebitis (pain and inflammation caused by a blood clot in a vein).
– It enhances anti-microbial treatment and has been shown to increase the effectiveness of antibiotics by dissolving dead skin and allowing them to penetrate deeper into tissues.
– It may treat Peri-implantitis (inflammation of the soft and hard tissues around dental implants).
– It may treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
– It may reduce red patches on the skin caused by inflammatory venous disease.
– It may increase sperm count.

Serrapeptase has to be taken on an empty stomach or 2 hours after eating. Food should not be consumed for the next 30 minutes after taking serrapeptase.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Our attention was first drawn to the amazing properties of Serrapeptase by Seán Collier. Seán Collier has a busy sports massage and trigger point needling practice in The Talbot Hotel, Wexford. An avid Ironman triathlete, he has struggled with his own injuries over the years. A chronic case of Achilles tendonosis was affecting his running so he tried everything – icing, stretching, rubbing, resting, anti-inflammatories. He started taking Serrapeptase, to target inflammation and scar tissue, and after 5 days, he wasn’t limping in the morning and was able to do a calf raise without any pain. Seán Collier can be contacted on 086 278 4031 for appointments.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space height=”24px”][vc_single_image image=”2477″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline” border_color=”green”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
