Ayurvedic Information Coffee Morning

Coffee Morning Only Natural

Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. And that everyone’s physical, emotional and spiritual makeup is determined by the balance within them of the five elements earth, water, air, fire and spirit.

If you feel you want learn more about this ancient tradition make sure to come along to our Ayurvedic Coffee Morning on Friday 13th April from 10.30am when Rachel Collins from Elysium Sanctuary will be in with us chatting about how Ayurveda, Yoga or any of the therapies Elysium offers.  And of course there will be plenty of tea, coffee and goodies to eat!!
