The Transition to a Winter Skin Care Regime

Winter Skin Care Regime Image

Just as winter can put more demands on our immune system it can also ask a lot more of our single biggest organ, our skin. Whenever we do training with the team from Dr Hauschka I’m reminded of just how deeply therapeutic and supportive of the skin’s natural functions the Dr Hauschka range really is. You know about all the supplements that can keep your immune system fighting fit and we all have our favourites, from elderberry to olive leaf, from zinc to coltsfoot and from Manuka honey to probiotics.

So this time we thought we’d focus on the latest developments with just two of the most important winter supplements, Echinacea and vitamin D, what’s on the shelves and why we recommend them.

Echinacea
