Vitality Expo 2018
On a similar note here’s a reminder that Health Stores Ireland (the association of independent health stores across the country of which I’m proud to be President) is about to throw a big party, well not exactly a party but certainly a celebration of who we are. Vitality Expo will be launching on the 8th and 9th of September in the RDS in Dublin. Zero Waste Week
Zero Waste Week 2018 takes place 3-7th September, so mark it in your diary now! Under the auspices of Viridian, who’s prime quality supplements we’re proud to have sold for many years now, we brought Dale Pinnock, aka The Medicinal Chef to demo in Wexford. The evening was excellent. Dale’s enthusiasm for what he does shone through and the audience was treated to his unique blend of impeccable nutritional knowledge and expert ability to show just how to turn that into easily prepared, amazingly flavoured wholefood dishes to nourish and heal. I so enjoyed one of those dishes that I thought we’d share it here. Please try this one. You’ll throw it together in no time.
