Black walnut, garlic and clove are all herbs with a long history of traditional use in helping to eliminate unwanted and harmful microbes from the gut. The green hulls of black walnuts (the outer covering between the kernal and the hard shell) have been used for centuries as a remedy against parasites; whilst garlic may also support the immune system and defend against harmful bacteria and fungi.
