Vitamin B5, also known as pantothenic acid, is an important nutrient for stress resiliency. When our stress levels increase, so do our requirements for vitamin B5.
Magnesium, to support a normal stress response and promote relaxation. This essential mineral can become depleted during times of stress so it’s crucial to keep levels topped up.
L-theanine, an amino acid from green tea which is associated with relaxation. L-theanine also supports the production of GABA, a calming brain neurotransmitter.
Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb that has long been used to support a healthy stress response. Resilience features ashwagandha as KSM-66®, a high-potency and extensively studied extract.
Siberian ginseng, which may support the body’s resistance to stress and help to optimise energy levels.
Reishi and cordyceps mushroom extracts, which have traditionally been used as adaptogenic herbs, to increase the resistance and adaptability to fatigue, stress and anxiety.
Lemon balm, known for its relaxation properties. Studies have shown that supplementation with lemon balm may relieve markers of anxiety and insomnia.
