Our Wexford Blackcurrant jam is made entirely by hand and now contains no added sugar. Grape juice is used to sweeten this jam instead of sugar; it is made with our open pot boiling method in small batches with all natural ingredients. It is rich and juicy with a good tang of those beautiful blackcurrants, perfect on brown bread with a cup of tea.
